It changed my life in so many ways. So much that I felt God calling me to the mission field and become a missionary. On Sept. 6th I'll be leaving from JFK airport and heading to Chiang Mai, Thailand. Then I will be going to a small village about an hour north to work at a Christian youth hostel that is run by Ahtapa and Leah Sinlee. That is also where the missions trip from our church went to. I will be a Youth Minister and I will be actively involved in teaching English, Music (guitar and songs), Computers, as well as Spiritual & Biblical encouragement and teaching to the 83+ youth that are currently residing at the hostel. </span><br /> <br /> <span style="font-family: lucida grande;"> This year, 16 kids got baptised PRAISE GOD. God has graciously blessed me with a helpmate with this ministry. While I was in Thailand God gave me another awesome gift. I met a shy, Godly young woman named Leah. Through cultural differences and custom, we got engaged on July 10th. We are both really happy and continually gracious that God brought us together and that we can have this opportunity to serve the Lord here in Thailand. These youth at the hostel are amazing. They touched the Missions Team's lives deeper than they ever felt before. If you ever get the chance to go on a Missions trip. GO!
